Sḵwálwen Botanicals is an Indigenous skincare brand that uses sustainably harvested and sourced organic plants to balance, renew, repair, strengthen, hydrate, and protect the skin.
We began running ads for Sḵwálwen on December 7, 2023. After a less-than-successful experience with a previous contractor for META advertising, the brand had paused its efforts in this channel.
Fast forward 12 months, and after meeting the SWTCH HOUSE team, Leigh trusted us to showcase what our innovative, proprietary strategies could deliver—and we’re proud to have been driving consistent wins for a full year!

Basmala Beads came to us through a referral from another client. They had been running their own Meta and Google Ads in-house but quickly realized they weren’t achieving the conversions they hoped for—and were ultimately losing money.
When we took a closer look, we discovered two key issues: their ad creative wasn’t resonating with their audience, and their ad spend wasn’t being utilized effectively. Additionally, we identified conversion rate optimization (CRO) issues on their site and at checkout that were creating unnecessary friction for potential customers.
To turn things around, we developed a creative strategy that combined customer review graphics with UGC videos, restructured their target audience, and implemented a scaling approach to maximize their ad spend. On the CRO side, we streamlined their website and checkout process, reducing barriers to purchase and improving the overall user experience.
The results speak for themselves. In 2023, we generated over $870K in sales for Basmala Beads, brought 2,482 new customers to their Shopify store, and significantly improved their conversion rates across the board!
